According to Gartner, Inc., a business and technology insights company, finance AI adoption in 2025 is on par with the previous year, with 59% of finance leaders indicating that AI was part of their finance function. Results from the 2025 Gartner AI in Finance Survey of 183 chief financial officers (CFOs) and senior finance leaders conducted from May to June 2025 reveal an almost negligible increase in adoption over the 2024 survey that had found 58% of finance functions were employing AI.
