About Us

We focus on the data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and development trio and aim to bridge research, policy, and practice through our platform in order to facilitate evidence, based decision, making. Our major emphasis is on how new technologies can determine governance, economic growth, and social progress mainly in developing countries and the Global South.

Through our AI & Governance segment, we investigate the government’s role in policy, making, the use of automated systems and public administration’s AI integration. AI Ethics & Accountability dissects issues like fairness, transparency, and human rights that arise when machines make decisions. Data & Development points out how the building of data infrastructure, digital inclusion, and implementation of evidence, based policy can contribute to development goals.

Our Digital Trade segment delves into the issues of cross, border data flows, e-commerce regulation, and the conflicts among countries over the digital economy. At the same time, the Science-Policy Interface brings together research and governance and studies the impact of scientific evidence, advisory systems, and knowledge networks on the policymaking process at both the national and international levels.

Our main goal is to be a well, considered and research, backed source for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners of the responsible and fair use of data through combining technical know-how, policy analysis, and development viewpoints.
