diplomats, particularly due to its transformative impact on almost all aspects of humanity, both
positive and negative. While on the one hand, AI presents an unprecedented strategic opportunity
for economic growth, military modernization, and technological advancement, on the other hand,
its potential negative consequences on politics, society, and economy have raised alarm among
policymakers and leaders around the globe. This conundrum has necessitated cooperation and
diplomacy for both development and governance of the rapidly evolving landscape of AI.
